Rough Seas Strait Pilot

When you can't be out at sea the next best way to experience the rough seas is by video. Have a great trip at sea as you listen to the music, and enjoy the waves from the sea tug! If you like the music from this rough seas video, you'll probably also like Into the Ocean!

We Belong to the Sea

I'm assuming most of you that visit our Tall Sails Adventure blog are here because you have a sense that you belong to the sea at heart, or to sailing. Of course the ultimate combo is sailing at sea!

If you're looking for a seafaring video to share with your valentine this one might just be what you want for a musical message! You can take a few minutes to sail off to a place of fantasy while you watch these images at the seashore and listen to "We Belong to the Sea".

Have fun as you sing along with the video. Here's the chorus to help you sail through much easier:
We belong to the sea
To the waves you and me!
Living in the ocean so blue
We belong to the sea
Open wide being free!
A minute everlasting with you...

Sailing Christopher Cross

Sailing by Christopher Cross was always one of my favorite songs. There are numerous videos of the song, but this one is my favorite as they included the lyrics, which makes it easy to sing along if you forgot them.

Sit back and relax as you take a fantasy sailing adventure to forget your daily responsibilities. It's like a free mini vacation on the water to allow your senses to drift away briefly. Bon voyage!

Into the Ocean

Music is something I absolutely love and I enjoy quite a variety of music, including classical - especially Victorian chamber music, classic rock, pop, jazz, some country western, salsa, and much more. To combine music while enjoying the water is really a treat to the senses.

Other than the fact that the message behind these lyrics are rather negative, the music video fits right into our Tall Sails Adventure, so enjoy this musical adventure! The song has a good beat to it, and I've had fun watching the video many times. If you would like to follow along with the song "Into the Ocean" by Blue October, here's the words to the chorus:

"I want to swim away, but don't know how. Sometimes it feels just like I'm falling in the ocean. Let the waves up take me down. Let the hurricane set in motion. Let the rain of what I feel right now come down. Let the rain come down." Enjoy listening to "Into the Ocean"!

Sailing Into a Musical Summer

Are you ready for the summer and sailing off to a musical destination? I was just wondering if other people like myself that love the water are also lovers of music. To me water, music and romance all seem to go together! I just learned about this website with concert tickets!

While you're planning your sailing vacations don't forget the concert tickets to experience the musical adventure of your dreams! It has been ages since we've purchased concert tickets, and summer just seems to be the perfect time to go out for a concert.

From there you can check out the "hot concerts" "spotlighted events" and even the current games, theater events and so on. Perfect for a sports enthusiast as well, which of course if you're into sailing you may also be into other sports.

When you go to Ticket Solutions you can also run a filter to select exactly what seats you want and the cost for those seats. It's very easy to use and will make quick work of selecting your tickets if you're in a hurry too!

Hurry now and plan your sailing adventures and while you're at it cruise on over to their site to plan the musical or sport event of your dreams to add a fun event to your sailing vacation!

Beach Boys the Sloop John B

Here's a favorite old song. I first learned this song in choir when I was in grade school. Now that I've given you a clue to my age we'll leave it at that. Yes, that's right we were singing about the drunks in this song in grade school, and I'm not so sure the schools would allow that these days. Or would they? None the less here are the lyrics in case you would like to hop on into your imaginary Sloop John B.

Shirley Temple Good Ship Lollypop!

For some crazy reason I started humming the old Shirley Temple song, "On the Good Ship Lollypop"!
